1. Return and exchange shall apply to defect items of our regular products exclude accessories and sale products The items which will be return and exchanged shall follow some requirements as below;

• Unworn, unwashed and have completes all merchandise things tagged
• Packing shall not be damaged, soiled or altered
• Informed to us within 24 hours since you receive the product through SMS/WA or email by stating product code, size, price, number of product to be returned, defect picture and product code to be exchanged.
• Sent back to us within 2 working days since you inform it to us by SMS/WA or email.

2. Returned and exchanged issue shall be accepted if all requirements above (clause #2) are full filled by you if not, we will send it back to you.

3. Shipping fee for returned and exchanged process shall be our responsibility exclude taxes and duties for Overseas Order.

4. If the product replacement has been sold out and no other product you choose to replace it, we will refund your money through bank transfer within 24 hours after we get your confirmation related with product replacement issue.
