A1  For DOMESTIC ORDER

• Click Place Order button, to submit your order to us, then follow instruction from there
• Choose Delivery Type shown in the right side of Billing Address page,
• Fill in Billing Address form (please note that your email address is written correctly in Billing Address),
• Click Add to cart button, to put it into your cart,
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is written correctly – updated information and no wrong spelling,
  • For ordering by using gift card “Yours To Keep”
  • Please state your card number on COUPON part without  stating # and () eg.

 Example:

your card number stated in gift card  is (#76-TC/VI-15).. thus
you should write your COUPON part is 76-TC/VI-15

then your total order price will be deducted automatically,

• Order Confirmation (include payment details) will be sent to you through your email address then do Payment   Transfer and Confirm Payment within 24 hours in business working day (Monday to Friday on 08.00 am – 05.00 pm)   since the date of Order Confirmation sent to you.
  •  For doing Payment Transfer (if you order by using gift card “Yours To Keep”), please refer to 2nd Order   Confirmation for the total order price,
  • For doing Confirm Payment, please click CONFIRM PAYMENT menu, then follow the instruction from there.

A2  For OVERSEAS ORDER

• The order will be through email to us by clicking HERE button, then fill in some parts to describe your order include your   card number if you have gift card “Yours To Keep” (please ensure that your email address is written correctly),
• Order Confirmation (include payment details eg. total cost in USD currency) will be sent to you through your email   address (please see SHIPPING & DELIVERY rules for tax and duty fee in ORDERING RULES menu),
• Do Payment Transfer and Confirm Payment within 24 hours in business working day (Monday  to  Friday  on    08.00 am – 05.00 pm) since the date of Order Confirmation sent to you,
  • For do Confirm Payment, please click CONFIRM PAYMENT menu, then follow the instruction from there.

• Send Short Message Service (SMS) or Whatsapp (WA) to our contact number +62-81965154565 or Blackberry   Messenger (BBM) PIN: 7CD8381B by following the format of order description as shown : [customer name]/[produc code]/[size]/[number of purchased] eg. Clara/ATR-001-HG/M/1
• Order Confirmation (include payment details) will be sent to you through SMS or WA or BBM as your order receipt,
• Do Payment Transfer and Confirm Payment within 24 hours  in  business  working  day  (Monday  to  Friday  on    08.00 am – 05.00 pm) since the date of Order Confirmation sent to you. • Send message to our inbox by following the format of order description as shown below
• [customer name]/[customer contact number] / [produc code] / [size] / [number of purchased],
•  Order Confirmation (include payment details) will be sent to you through SMS or WA as your order receipt,
• Do Payment Transfer and Confirm Payment within 24  hours  in  business  working  day  (Monday  to Friday    on 08.00 am – 05.00 pm) since the date of Order Confirmation sent to you,

•  You can track your order by clicking MY ACCOUNT menu, and entering your account by using your username and   password,
•  Status of tracking order has three (3) types – On Hold (means Not yet paid), Process (means Delivery process incl.   preparation, final inspection and packing is on progress), Shipped (means Already on shipping process in 3rd party of   shipping company),

Your order shall be ignored and cancel automatically if we do not receive your payment confirmation within 24 hours since we do order confirmation for both email (for ordering through website channel) and SMS or WA or BBM (for ordering through SMS, WA, BBM and facebook channel).
